Emotional Tracing Therapy in Conjunction with Music and Art

The creative arts are a gift for humans to explore, to find and expand their spirit and touch their souls. Whether creating, performing or watching as an audience member you are taking part in a unique synergy. No one feels quite the same after these performances, they can be quite magical experiences. Shared or solo they open our hearts to our own internal song - we are touched  and moved to higher ground.

There are times in our lives when  we may  find it difficult to express ourselves, when words fail us or the empty screen icon keeps flashing yet you cannot write the letters, even in the right order perhaps, to form the words you need to articulate to be able to reach out and be understood. For you even to understand  the You within you.   When your mind is weary and you no longer can make sense of the mental white noise , that is the moment to step within,…take a deep breath….and be aware of your heart and breathe into it - placing your hand on your heart …Breathe slowly some more - find your ebb and flow, your pace, that's right for you, in the Now.

Sometimes things may seem unfathomable, even overwhelming - feelings that are out of reach and cannot be helped by listening  or conversations sometimes.  I've discovered the power of inner expression through music and art in a few sessions now where I've intuitively been guided to use it.  I'm experiencing great breakthroughs using this healing therapy as it's proving so exciting and transformative. The creative arts are another incredible and valuable key to unlocking any deep, trapped emotions – perceived or unperceived.

Music touches us and as we identify with various lyrics, it brings up conscious and subconscious emotions in us. Tracing these emotions is proving an amazing cosmic journey and can shine a light on hidden wounds. It can open us up to true strength, abundance and happiness too.

Let's celebrate all the creatives on this planet that are brave to bare their souls to touch and save others. In gratitude.
