What Once Was Invisible is Now Transparent
Looking into the lake at my reflection I glimpsed you
and yet,
As my hands reached out to touch yours
You retreated and disappeared.
Although bereft in that moment, I understand so much now,
And can see through all the smokescreens of perceptions,
We are all but One.
Within us all there is everything and more
and then some, so soft and so bright,
Being another’s reflection is a gift,
Holding their gaze quietly as they discover themselves
Is a magical process to witness,
and to Know this,
Is a blessing.

Reflect: When have you had the privilege of seeing Your true reflection?
For it is humbling.
